Thank you for your interest in helping Pioneer Valley Habitat for Humanity by spending time on this Small Home Survey! It should take about 15 – 20 minutes to complete.
We are looking for people to give input with this survey who:
- have household incomes between $20,000 and $48,000 per year,
- whose household size is 1 to 3 people, and
- who have not owned a home in the last 3 years.

At the end of the survey you will be asked for your contact information. 10 survey respondents will be picked at random on March 30, 2018 at noon to receive a $25 Big Y or Trader Joe’s gift card as a thank you gift. Surveys must be received prior to the 16th at noon to be eligible, but the survey will remain open until April 6, 2018.

What’s the survey for?
We propose to launch more families into the middle class by helping them to become first-time owners of low-cost, small, simple, green homes with modest monthly costs to live in. We plan to use the input from this survey to inform the design of a low-cost, small, simple, green home.
