Birch Street
Completed Spring 2026
Habitat built a one-story, two-bedroom, single-family home on an infill lot on Birch Street in Greenfield, just a mile from downtown, where the future homeowners join a tight-knit neighborhood community. The project broke ground in summer 2025, and celebrated its completion with the new homeowner in May 2026.
